  I am writing this after cancelling an appointment with Kitchen Connection Ipswich. We spent time in the showroom selecting different colours and finishes and then booked an in home appointment. We had done a lot of research regarding two pack paint finishes versus vinyl wrap and after consulting our builder decided to go with the two pack finish. As KC do not do the two pack we cancelled the apt. The manager rang back and questioned our decision and my husband told him why we decided to cancel the apt, the manager defended his product with quite a lot of aggression. My husband said there were pros and cons with both but after reading the reviews we decide not to go with KC and the manager said he wouldn't accept our decision....we sighted a damaged cabinet in the showroom which has not yet been repaired so we know this product is not invincible as he tried to tell us it was. Customer relations and service start at the top and this was not KC's best moment. The floor staff were very professional!
